General Info

Stadium Access for Performing Groups:

All adults travelling with your group to championships and supporting your ensemble’s performance must have a 2025-2026 badge.  Badges from previous years will not be admitted through the ensemble entrance gate and will need to purchase tickets.

When you check in, you will receive wristbands for your performers and bus and truck drivers based on the info you have already submitted.  This will allow your drivers access to the stadium as well.  Performers will only be able to access the stadium out of uniform if they have a wristband.

Concessions, Vendors, Hospitality:

Please remind your students & fans to visit the concession stands at each site.  There may also be a variety of vendors (including our official championship gear provider, Northwest Ink.

Groups are reminded that each school district we are working with does NOT allow tailgating/food setups on site.  Thank you for your cooperation with this.

Hospitality is available for Directors, Instructors, and Drivers only. Refer to the attached maps for each site.

Photography Services:

VSN Photography will be on-site capturing a group photo after each band performs.  Each school will receive a complimentary copy.

Family members that would like to order additional copies can do so with this order form.

Directors: Please make sure you collect ALL pre-order forms prior to arriving on campus.  These can then be given to the photographer at each site.

Group photos have no electronic payment option.  Family members can contact VSN photo after November 1st to order as well.

All group photos are scheduled to be shipped to each school approximately 3-4 weeks after championships.

Individual Photos on the field will be taken by photographers assigned by Cavalcade.  Information on purchasing their action shots will be available after Championships.

Awards Ceremonies: Drum Major & Select Student Reps ONLY.

After the LAST competitive group at the end of the night, all bands should make their way onto the home side track.

Staff & chaperones of each group should be present to facilitate this move in an orderly fashion.  Please use all available gates to make this happen!

No food or drinks should be brought onto the track for the awards ceremony.   On behalf of our hosts, thank you in advance for making this happen.

Use the awards ceremony maps attached to each site packet for a general reference of where to sit.

The week of championships, directors should meet with their drum majors and whatever additional group of students you want to be on the field for awards.  This could be either your student leadership team, senior members, or a combination of both.

Awards for all groups will be presented by one of the members of the judging panel.

Medalist Groups: Each of the top 3 groups will be given a plaque to indicate their achievement.  Directors of medalist groups should accompany the plaque presentation for their group.  The first place group in each class/division will also receive a championship flag.

At the conclusion of the awards ceremony, we hope that EVERYONE will be able to celebrate EVERYTHING you have accomplished all season!  That being said, this is a long day for everyone involved.  Please clear the field within 30 minutes of the conclusion, and we ask that all groups are off campus within 90 minutes.
